Terms and Conditions

All sales are final and subject to this sales policy regardless of whether the buyer has read it or not.

 

This sales policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

 

We guaranteed that all rabbits leaving our care are all healthy to the best of our knowledge. We do not let any rabbit leave here in bad health. We are NOT responsible for any problems that may arise after the rabbit leaves our care. We do not give replacements, exchanges, or refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone, at any time, without prior notice. These rabbits are our family and we want to ensure they get the homes they deserve. We discourage impulsive buyers.

 

If you have questions on caring for your rabbit, we encourage you to contact us at any point in the rabbit’s life. (We also love rabbit updates!)

Please keep in mind that the gender of the rabbit is not a guarantee At a young age, it may be difficult to determine gender. While we check multiple times, we suggest you check your rabbit before taking it home to ensure it is the sex you requested. We would also like to stress that there is no way to guarantee personality, fertility, show quality, or growth.

We require deposits of 50% of the purchase price to hold an available rabbit for pickup. We keep a waiting list, but will not take a deposit to hold a spot. There must be a rabbit available for us to take a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.

If you are out of the middle Tennessee area, we are happy to work with a transporter of your choosing. You are responsible for all transport fees and arrangements. The remaining balance owed on the rabbit must be paid to us in full by one day before it leaves on transport. We are not responsible for the health of the rabbit once it leaves with the transporter. If something does happen to your rabbit during transport, i.e. sickness, infection, or death, a refund will not be given. Make sure to check with the transporter regarding their policies.
